Mother's Day

This basket was created for Mother's day. The customer I made this for had requested that I buy Bath and Body works for her mother to add to the basket.
For the basket I found a tin container in a brushed off white. I lined it with a red washcloth. I filled it with my famous Chocolate Covered Pretzels, Bath and Body works products, soft white socks, a small bottle of Pellegrino and Lindt truffles.

Board Meeting 2006

I was so disappointed that this picture turned out so dark because it is probably the most elegant basket I have created yet. I created these for a corporate business meeting at a mountainous lake. So, the idea was to come up with a basket that looked "woodsy".

My Mother was visiting at the time and as we were out shopping we found these wonderful fabric covered organizing box. Since the board members are encouraged to bring their families I create these baskets to be appropriate for all ages. In this basket I included hot cocoa packs for the kids and sparkling water for the adults. Since I do not use any fillers this box was full of chocolate. On the top we added decorations, a candle, and a picture frame with a thank you note from the CEO of the board.

This basket retails for $65

Christmas of 2006

For the past several years I have had the priviledge of creating baskets for a local corporation. This past Christmas I created one of my favorites.
The basket is a black mesh/wood container filled with chocolate from around the world.
I lined the basket with a teal linen napkin and included a snowflake candle.
The chocolate was purposely chosen to represent different countries like Italy, England, Belgium, Germany, United States, and even Israel.
The basket is topped with a pearl garland and white organza ribbon.
This basket retails for $75 -$100

Birthday Wishes to a Friend

It is always a pleasure to create a basket for a friend. This was a fun basket to create because I know that this particular friend loves chocolate (who doesn't!).
The colors of this basket all came about when I realized that the majority of the chocolate that she loves were all packaged in yellow. I found this wonderful green pot and filled it with Scharffenberger, Toblerone, chocolate covered pretzels,
and topped it with Lindt chocolate truffles.
The garland combined the colors of yellow and green and added a bit of sparkle to the basket as did the yellow tea candles in glass holders.
